1. What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept small quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us what the quantity you need, we will calculate the most competitive cost, hopingyou will place large orders after checking our quality and service from the first deal.

2. How long is the sample lead time?

For the stock samples, it takes 2-4days. Some of them are free of charge. If you want your own design, it will take about 5-7days, according to different product you need. Whatever it is, we will do best to finish it as early as possible.

3. How long is the production lead time?

Normally it will take 10-15days, which depend on your quantity and item we confirmed.

4. What is your packing way?

We use standard export packing, by bag/box and carton suit for different product, or do customized packing as your request.

5. What is your trade term?

Usually we suggest CFR/CIF or CPT with our best forwarder service, FOB/EXW is also ok, all as your request.

6. What is your payment term?

Our standard payment term is T/T to our company account, small amount will accept by Paypal or Western Union.

7. What is your shipping way?

Re normally several cartons with fast delivery, we usually use express shipment, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, if mass cargos like GW over 100kg, LCL by sea or by air, by railway is all available, all as per your need.
