How to wear high-altitude seat belts

High-altitude safety belts are divided into full-body safety belts, five-point safety belts, three-point safety belts, etc. As the name suggests, five-point safety belts are high-altitude safety belts with five fixed points, and more points can be better. It stabilizes the user in the air, making it more comfortable and safe for the user to wear. Let’s take a look at the five-point seat belt wearing steps.

Step 1: Check the w full band. Hold the D-ring buckle on the back pad of the seat belt to ensure that the webbing is not tangled.

Step 2: Put on the seat belt. Slide the seat belt over your arms to your shoulders. Ensure that all webbing is free from tangles and hangs freely. The shoulder straps must remain vertical and not close to the center of the body. Grab the leg straps and attach them to the buckles on the webbing on both sides of the hips. Thread the excess length of webbing into the adjustment loop. Attach the chest straps together with the slip-on buckle. The chest strap must be 15cm below the shoulders, and the excess length of webbing must be inserted into the adjustment ring.

Adjust the full body webbing from the shoulders, making sure that the height of the leg webbing is just below the hips and the back D-ring is between the shoulder blades. Then adjust the leg webbing, try doing single-leg stretches and half squats, and adjust the length of the leg webbing to be the same on both sides. The chest webbing should be crossed in the middle of the chest and about 3 fingers away from the bottom of the chest.
