Q: What's the main business of Spocket?
A: Spocketguard brand is special export and focus only on safety secure and attach products.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Our company is a combination of industry and trade, providing OEM & ODM service.
Q: Can you customize the proudct in special design?
A: Certainly, we are the manufacturer, OEM and ODM project is available and warml welcome.
Q: Can I get a discount if I make a large order?
A: Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. Please contact our sales department and provide the following information:
- The product(s) that you are interested in
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your desired timeframe
- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
Our sales department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more cost you will save.
Q: Can we get a free sample for our quality check?
A: Yes, of course. Stock sample is free. For customer design samples, there is sample making charge, which is normally refundable when order placed.
Q: What is sample policy?
A: Several pieces samples from stock will be free, but shipping charge will be on customer cost.
For appointed sample, will need fresh sample as per customer request, will update sample charge and shipping cost total.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For the stock samples, it takes 2-4days, some of them are free of charge. If you want your own design, it will take about 5-10days according to different product you need. Whatever it is, we will do best to finish it as early as possible.
Q: How can you make sure we will receive the products with hight quality?
A: Our QC team will inspect and test goods very carefully when assembling and packing before delivery.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: All products from Spocket will be strcitly tested, should pass all QC inspection procedures at least 3times starting from raw material to half assembling till final finished products before shipment to client.
Q: what is your packing way?
A: we use standard export packing, by bag/box and carton suit for different product, or do customized packing as your request.
Q: What is your trade term?
A: Usually we suggest CFR / CIF or CPT with our best forwarder service, FOB / EXW is also availabel, all according to your request.
Q: What about the payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is TT to our company account with 50% deposit and the rest 50% is paid before delivery, small amount will accept by PayPal or Western Union. Usual for sample charge or deal with small amount, we suggest PayPal way, which is the most convenient payment method in the world.
Q: What is the delivery time of OEM orders?
A: 3-25 days after sample approved, which depen on your order quantity.
Q: What about the shipping methods?
A: It is depend on customers request, usually by international express for our coiled lanyards.
1) By Express: such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.
2) By Air: we will arrange shipment to your destination airport.
3) By Sea: we will update sea freight once you confirm the sea port where goods will be shipped.
4) By Railway: we will arrange shipping by railway according to your need or acutal demand.
5) Forwarder Designated by Client: tell us all contact details of your shipping agent, and will do fully supporting with them for delivery issue.
Q: How long is the transportation?
A: If by international express like DHL, UPS, Fedex, transportation time is 3-7 working days to customers door.
If by air shipping, transportation time is 4-10working days to destination airport.
If LCL way by sea, transportation time is the days for cargo sailing to your port. For example, cargo ship from China to some European ports, it need about 28-35days.
Q: What degree of after-sale service can you provide?
A: We care a lot about the after-sales service since what we focus is not one single order but the long term cooperation and developement.
